Celestial Church of Christ New Jerusalem Parish, London is set to celebrate its 33rd Adult Harvest Thanksgiving, with a week-long programme of spiritual, evangelistic, cultural and thanksgiving activities scheduled to take place between 5th to 11th October 2026.
The harvest celebration, organised under the theme “Grace of the Trinity”, is anchored on 2 Corinthians 13:14, a scripture that highlights the grace of Jesus Christ, the love of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. The theme reflects the parish’s emphasis on gratitude, divine grace, spiritual fellowship and the blessings of God over the years.
The programme of activities is designed to build spiritual momentum towards the main Harvest Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, 11 October 2026, which will be held at Meridian Grand, Advent Way, London N18 3AF, United Kingdom, commencing at 12 noon. The main thanksgiving service is expected to bring together members, families, friends, worshippers and invited guests in an atmosphere of praise and appreciation to God.
WEEK-LONG PRE-HARVEST ACTIVITIES
The celebrations will commence on Monday, 5th October 2026, with a Charity Day. The initiative forms part of the parish’s harvest activities and provides an opportunity to express the spirit of giving and compassion towards members of the wider community.
On Tuesday, 6th October 2026, the parish will hold Heritage Night, with the theme drawn from Psalm 127:3–5. The programme is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and is expected to focus on family, heritage and the values that are passed from one generation to another.
The spiritual programme continues on Wednesday, 7th October 2026, with Asaale Aanu (Night of Mercy), based on Hebrews 4:16, also scheduled for 7:00 p.m. The flyer indicates the participation of Most Superior Evangelist J.D. Nunayon, CCC International Headquarters Representative.
On Thursday, 8th October 2026, attention will turn to the women during Women Evangelism, themed “The Matriarchs” and based on Ruth 4:11. Beginning at 7:00 p.m., the programme is expected to highlight the role of women, mothers and matriarchs in the family, church and wider society, while encouraging evangelism and spiritual commitment.
The pre-harvest activities will reach a major spiritual climax on Friday, 9th October 2026, with a Power Night based on Acts 1:8. The programme, scheduled for 10:00 p.m., will feature the National Prophetic Ministry and is expected to provide an opportunity for prayers, worship and spiritual renewal ahead of the main thanksgiving.
According to the programme flyer, all pre-harvest events will take place at the church premises at 118–120 Ormside Street, London, SE15 1TF, while the main Harvest Thanksgiving Service on Sunday will take place at Meridian Grand.
