V/S/E Oviawe, (the Shepherd)and others were honoured with awards at the 34th Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service of Celestial Church of Christ New Etete Parish in Benin City. The event took place at 3 Power Line, opposite PHCN Transmission, New Etete Quarters, Off Sapele Road, Edo.
The Parish Shepherd, VSE Emmanuel Otus Oviawe, was joyfully announced and decorated as the Patron of the Parish, creating a celebratory atmosphere that was filled with gratitude and joy. The District Head gracefully received the award.
Honorary Senior Evangelist Abel Dosumu, popularly known as Megg 99 was recognized at the Grand Patron of the Parish for his contributions to the evolution of Parish music. V/S/E Samuel Oluwatosin Osodi presented him with the award, while H/S/E Charles E. Ifada was honoured as the Choir Patron for his dedication to Gospel music, a tribute that was dedicated to him by V/S/E Femi Obinyan.

Additionally, Mother Celestial Patrica Osuya Eni (JP) was declared the Church Matron in a grand style, in recognition of her tireless efforts to reshape the Parish. The event was a memorable occasion that highlighted the dedication and talent within the Parish.
