The doctrinal practice of our Church was strictly monitored through the host of angels, the church enjoy the grace of divine mercy in every aspect with the provision of connection to unlimited restitution through God’s Grace. The Pastor Founder believed in the instructions given to him when he received the assignment in 1947. 

Those who adopted the tutelage of Rev Prophet SBJ Oshoffa  stood on the timeline of the Church laws with the knowledge of the holy spirit. The Church was everything to them, the first set of Shepherds in the Church understood the rudiments of doctrinal practice. None of them introduced their personal view(s) to the Church.

One of the doctrinal practice of our Church is the Anointment exercise which members pay for the exercises in order to be elevated to various ranks. It is a fact that the current system of Anointment does not have the foundational base introduced by the Pastor Founder & followed by Late Rev A.A. Bada. We are at a state where money connection and collection determine the exercise to favor some elements who have the financial means over others.

There was a debate over abuse of the Church doctrinal practice from Prophet Hamilton who held a cross over service in a rented hall with members of his ministry, the act generated tension and argument among members who felt unsatisfied with the action by Prophet Hamilton acting against the basic ordinance of the Church. Rather than correct the negative impression observed; Prophet Hamilton sustained his philosophy by practicing without any caution from the Church authority.

In the just concluded anointment exercise held at the Church World Headquarters, it was recorded that Prophet Hamilton registered 21 members from his ministry for Anointment exercise while he also held Investiture Ceremony on the 25th of June 2023 for the 21 members at the venue of his ministry meeting. To further legitimize the anti doctrine by Prophet Hamilton, the Spokesperson of the Church, in person of Sup Evang Kayode Ajala was at the Investiture Ceremony while he also delivered sermon during the “service” 

The questions are-

1) Can a ministry register their members for Anointment exercise?

2) Has Ketu commence the registration of ministry as a parish?

3) Prophet Hamilton said in January 2023 that his ministry only meet between 8am to 10am on Sundays, then what time does the Investiture Ceremony took place?

4) Can ministry without the altar hold Investiture Ceremony?

The administrative battle engaged in by Rev EMF Oshoffa has birthed jacarl in human form as staff working with him. Because the Pastor is unable to identify thousands of members who he has anointed; while he can not monitor the activities of parishes & “ministries” under his watch.

In the same vein, another staff who thinks he’s untouchable tactically hijacked the Music department of the Church with his over zealous attitude, V/S/E John Itunu Oshin who is also a member of the Central Choir displayed his dissatisfaction for the Music Director of the Church in person of Sup/Evang Dr Rotimi Olaosebikan on the affair of the Central Choir.

Immediately after the demise of AVSE Adetiran, the founder & first Music Director of the Church, the battle over who to supritend over the Music department started between close associates in the Central Choir over executive list. It was reported to the Pastor for settlement with the instinct to base all aggrieved parties into one accord, the Pastor mandated an Adoc- Committee from both parties to facilitate a friendly reconciliatory process toward restoring the Central Choir. 

The documents submitted to V/S/E Prof Adeniyi (Head of Administration) through the Adoc-Committee only shoulder one of the aggrieved party while the other party was kept out of the loop. To further extend his sole AUTHORITY been a senior staff in the Pastor’s Office, John Itunu Oshin & few others introduced a Directorate of Music Department to oversee the Office of the Music Director of the Church.

John Itunu Oshin & few others changed our Church structure to  Federal Government parastatal with the provision of DIRECTOR GENERAL to the Church Music. The Kangoroo Committee constituted by John Itunu Oshin as DG & DDG. First of it’s kind in the history of the Church Music. Presently, the Kangoroo Committee has not named the DG & DDG of Directorate of Music after all the failed plan to create a parallel circuit in the Central Choir.

The questions to ask John Itunu Oshin are-

1) It was claimed that the Pastor approved the establishment of Directorate of Music, then why did the Pastor refused to appoint a Director General & Deputy Director General?

2) Can a Music Instructor like Associate Professor Faseun be superior to an organist who is also a Professor in Musicologist?

3) Can someone who can’t play any musical instruments be an instructor to someone who plays musical instruments?

The moment we realize that proper assessment of administration should be the guiding principle in our church, then the Church will move to her position. The Pastor will experience lack of human loyalty due to the circumstance known to us. Presently, the Pastor will be visiting United States of America (USA) & United Kingdom (UK) respectfully with loads of internal crisis awaiting the Pastor’s attention while members of the Pastor’s  Office have files of crisis for the Pastor whenever he returns Nigeria.
