Excitement and joy have returned to CCC Rumuola Parish 1, Port Harcourt, River State as the Parish has unanimously chosen to follow the teachings of Jesus Christ. On the 8th September 2024, the Parish announced the theme for their 50th Annual Adult Harvest Thanksgiving.
V/S/E Adeyinka, the Parish Shepherd has truly inspired the Parishioners with his presentation on the value of harvest during the unveiling of the theme. The 50th Harvest Thanksgiving has been named “Transfiguration 24 – Majestically Shining out of the darkness in glory,” taken from Matthew 17:2.
The congregation’s joy was palpable as the atmosphere transformed into one of celebration, with the choir’s harmonious lyrics setting the stage for a jubilant mood. The shepherd’s announcement marked a pivotal moment in the parish’s history, as they commemorated their Golden Jubilee and the tireless efforts they have made in the name of God. It was a truly unforgettable moment, filled with gratitude and excitement for all that had been achieved.
