On the 28th of December 1984, after the Church Convention at Imeko, M/S/E Nunayon & Professor Oyenuga met with the Pastor Founder in his house; Papa SBJ Oshoffa explained to M/S/E Nunayon that “Celestial Church is indivisible. Anyone who tries to divide/spilt this church, his household would be divided, all his possessions will be divided and he would be visited with death”. Papa SBJ Oshoffa patiently said “Nunayon, did you hear what I told you? Take it to heart, for you will counsel and teach people with it after I have left”.
39 years after the demise of Pa SBJ Oshoffa, some evil seeds amongst the progressive members at CCC Ire Akari, Parish, Isolo Lagos who had chosen to partake in the splitting of the parish in order to achieve their personal interest eventually became of a benefactor of the expletive words of Papa SBJ Oshoffa . The Pastor Founder laid a generational curse on those individuals who decide to create disunity in Celestial Church of Christ; while CCC legit has easily enveloped the angry words of the Pastor Founder into their lives.
The unknown CCC legit, who took advantage of social media platform to launch their satanic agenda at CCC Ire Akari Parish, Isolo Lagos will forever maintain unachievable success. The push force of CCC legit that only focused on the disunity of a parish will continue to receive the punishment from all the angels attach to the Church.
The ineffectiveness of the elements in the parish went against an institution, against someone who represents a symbol of authority. Someone who constantly sacrificed his time to build other children in the parish. A man who took over an unpaid job since 1987, while he took the microphone of gospel within the Sunday School to create an atmosphere of positive phenomenon.
In a way to educate the furious elements, Individuals who remain unknown, who build lies to promote hidden plans to hijack the parish, those who attend the parish once in (3) months just to blackmail members and beg for money. It interesting to know that the basic ordinance of the Church is beyond the imagination of Rev. SBJ Oshoffa. The establishment of the Church was not his intention neither did he introduced any tent or doctrines in the church through his ideals. The Church is a complete scale of holy spirit gathering, the practice of the Church represents heavenly gathering, the pronouncement of the Church ordinances go beyond modernization theory, the Church has lay down rules for worship. While the training and injection of practice has been sustained since 1947, the Church maintain uniform identification of training children on the Church doctrines through the Sunday School department holding to the fact that these children would definitely become the parish elders in few years.
Celestial Church of Christ never adopt modernization of practice in your ways of worship and CCC Ire Akari Parish Lagos, will not support a negative stereotype to build a parallel mode of worship. Uncle Daniel has trained majority of us with the basic ordinance of the Church, he used the relationship of the Bible with the combination of the Church Constitution & doctrines to explain the significance of God to us. It is a fact that Sunday School was never created in Celestial Church of Christ to teach academic study like what the enemy of progress are advocating.
It is quite unfortunate for CCC Ire Akari Parish that has produced outstanding members such as Late Baba Adeniji, Late Baba Adeleye, Late Baba Akapo, Late Baba Otenigbagbe, Late Baba Sogbamu, Late Baba Konu, Late Oluso Bernard Kiki Snr, Late Baba Oluso Adesanya Gbeke, Oluso Ebenezer Oshoffa, Late Baba Oluso Adepegba, Oluso Baba Jasper, Oluso Baba Fransis Atipejo, Late Mama Sena Akapo, Late Mama Olaleye, Baba Obey (a retired solider), Baba Oreniwon, Late Baba Johnson (old member in media), Brother Samuel Olakiigbe ( Baba Afin Ara), Uncle Anthony Onoh etc to be subjected to an unknown element that contact members on the march to blackmail them in exchange for money. The Parochial Committee must be active and preserve the sanctity and sustainability of our parish against the negative stereotype called CCC legit. Those who refuse to show their identity, but hide under a blanket finger to create unfriendly situation in the parish. The Parochial Committee must show us the seriousness of leadership by launching an undercover investigation to uproot these elements of disunity in the parish.
The target of the evil minded CCC legit is to force the few founding & old members of the parish out of the system, install themselves in power to sell the parish properties and also allocate the parish land to themselves. Every member of CCC Ire Akari Parish, Lagos whether in Nigeria or diaspora must launch the campaign against these scrupulous elements trying to destroy an institution of 49 years. We must gather to pray and uproot them out of the parish, we must ask God to reject them as he rejected the Egyptian.
