Pastor Rev EMF Oshoffa has officially joined the league of building houses of worship to praise and pray to God. The tradition of constructing edifices to showcase the mission of God dates back to the founding of Celestial Church of Christ by Pastor Founder Rwv SBJ Oshoffa in Benin Republic. In the 50s, an Alhaja generously donated acres of land to the Pastor Founder in Makoko for the construction of the first parish in Nigeria.
Since the inception of Makoko, over 20,000 parishes have been established through both joint collaboration and individual efforts. The Church has witnessed the laying of altars year after year, with dedicated individuals contributing their resources to the construction of these beautiful edifices. Each Pastor in the Church has a special connection to a particular parish, using their financial resources to build and manage it for the purpose of coming together to praise, pray, and seek the blessings of God.
On 20th December 2024, Rev. EMF Oshoffa will be joining the ranks of Pastors in Celestial Church of Christ who have dedicated their resources to the advancement of God’s glory. His parish, CCC Ark of Salvation Parish, Abeokuta will be consecrated for the work of God.
Pastors who have construct a worship centre for God with their own resources include Late Rev. Pastor AA Bada (CCC Bada Central Cathedral, Abeokuta), Late Rev. Pastor Owodunni (CCC Oluwaseyi International Headquarters, Lagos), Late Rev. Pastor P.H Ajose (CCC Rev P.H Ajose Cathedral, Badagry, Lagos), Late Rev. Pastor G.O Jesse (CCC Rev Jesse Memorial Parish, Ojota, Lagos), Late Rev. Pastor Maforikan (CCC 7 Halleluyah Parish, Majemu, Ibadan), Rev. Pastor Beni Omoge (CCC Ire Akari Parish, Akure), and Rev. Pastor Adetunji (CCC New Era Parish, Lagos).
It’s truly inspiring to see the commitment and dedication of everyone involved in this mission to create sacred spaces for worship. Pastor Rev EMF Oshoffa’s involvement in this league only adds to the legacy of building houses of worship that honour and glorify God.

It’s the Lord’s doing. Wonderful in our Eyes. Now, both the saints and the sinners have the opportunity to come to God.
