PROPOSAL: HONOR FOR AMUSAN, ADESANYA & OTHERS.
Sport has an amazing, unique way of creating a positive impact in society, helping children, communities or even nations. Sport makes a difference on a daily basis, it unite various societies with rich volume of support regardless of ethnicity or race.
Tobi Amusan a Celestian member, on the 25th of July 2022 she set a world record twice to win the 100m & 200m hurdles in style at the World Championships. The news received positive attention throughout the world, as Africa celebrated her as an hero while the Nigeria Government also used the opportunity to reliance the impact of Nigeria to the world.
Another Celestian member, Brother Israel Adesanya who is the current & two times UFC Middleweight Champion caught the attention of the world with his remarkable achievement. Israel Adesanya publicly align with the church on various social media platforms telling the world the impact of God of Celestial in his life.
The two athletes represent the symbol of identification of the Church, we must further express our immense pleasure toward them through a public presentation of an award(s) from his Eminence, Reverend Pastor Emmanuel Mobiyina Friday Oshoffa to both of them. Truly, the Church Spokesman’s released a press statement in July 2022 acknowledging the success of Sister Tobi Amusan. However, the church should take a step forward toward announcing to the world by organizing a progam to HONOR them & others who have record of integrity in their various field of life with a sound wave of attachment with Celestial Church of Christ.
