It was indeed a powerful and spirit-filled gathering as seasoned revivalist, Evangelist Solomon Oshoffa ministered with great unction at the Christ Train 3.0 programme held at CCC Jerusalem Cathedral, Sasa 1, Lagos State, on Friday, 28th March 2026. The programme, organized under the divine mandate of Christ Train, carried the compelling theme “KLESIS” (The Call to Salvation), drawing its inspiration from Hymn 8 and the scriptural reference in Matthew 11:28, which calls all who are weary to come unto Christ for rest.
From the very beginning, the atmosphere was charged with deep worship, heartfelt prayers, and a strong sense of divine presence. Members and attendees gathered with great expectation, and the event did not fall short of its spiritual intensity. In his sermon, Evangelist Solomon Oshoffa delivered a stirring message centered on revival, repentance, and total surrender to God. He emphasized that the Church must awaken from spiritual slumber, noting that the signs of the times clearly point to the nearness of the coming of Jesus Christ.
“Our Church needs revival. This is not the time for complacency. Jesus Christ is coming soon, and we must return to the altar of holiness, righteousness, and sincere worship,” he declared passionately.
He further called on members to embrace their divine calling (Klesis), reminding the congregation that salvation is not just an event but a continuous walk with God marked by obedience, humility, and service. The revivalist also highlighted the importance of unity within the Church, urging leaders and members alike to put aside divisions and focus on the core mission of soul-winning and spiritual growth. The programme featured powerful sessions of praise and worship, prophetic prayers, and moments of deep spiritual reflection, leaving many attendees renewed, uplifted, and rededicated to their faith.
Indeed, Christ Train 3.0 will remain a memorable spiritual encounter, rekindling the fire of revival and reinforcing the urgent call for all believers to prepare for the glorious return of our Lord Jesus Christ. Celestial Prerogative News reports that the impact of this programme is expected to resonate across parishes, as members carry the revival fire into their respective churches across the world.
