THE ADMINISTRATIVE RASCALITY OF THE PASTOR’S OFFICE: A CALL FOR SCRUTINY INTO THE UNWARRANTED EXTENSION OF M/S/E FATUSIN AS HEAD, UNITED KINGDOM DIOCESE.
The administrative of Celestial Church of Christ was structured to accommodate believers of the Church faith regardless of their location/ distance. The Papa SBJ Oshoffa in section 107 (d) of the Church Constitution first mentioned a parish in the United Kingdom CCC Harton Parish London, ever since the first established parish in UK, the spread of Gospel has continuously represent the prophetical symbol of God promise from his Saint Papa SBJ Oshoffa to every believers of faith.
Presently! The administrative framework of the office of the Pastor has generated lots of controversies emanating from actions and conduct of aides and other lieutenants appointed by the Pastor, Reverend EMF Oshoffa. The office of the Pastor is notorious for committing breaches in total violation of the statues and regulatory prerequisites of the Celestial Church. The office over the years issues letter, memos and circular without the knowledge of the Pastor. It is however pathetic to note that the Pastor is docile and inactiveness in dealing with the administrative, financial and criminal breaches of his routinues of aides. While the office of the Pastor has consistently circumvented the process without any sanctions, the recent charade in the provocative elongation of the tenure of the Head of the United Kingdom Diocese must not be swept under the carpet like others.
BRIEF BACKGROUND.
Most Superior Evangelist Fatusin occupies the seat of Head of Untied Kingdom Diocese, he acts as the representative of his Eminence Rev EMF Oshoffa and he (M/S/E Fatusin) is only answerable to the authority of the Pastor. However, the diocese has been confronted myraids of problems bothering on insincere attitudes, authoritarian leadership style, negative stereotypes, malign & castigation of individuals by the HOD.
PADDING OF EXECUTIVE LIST.
In 2016; the National budget under the watch of President Buhari was padded with an addition of over 500 billions naira. Celestial Church of Christ under his Eminence Rev EMF Oshoffa witnessed the appearance of padded list of executive with the cooked knowledge of M/S/E Fatusin ( HOD OF UK DIOCESE).
It a fact that the Pastor under the provision of 108 of the Church Constitution has the power to take decision without making consultation with any member, but those decisions must be guided by the holy spirit. There was a letter leaked online dated 26th of April 2023 with code CCC/ EMF/PO/APP/-007/04-23 which went viral announcing the list of (37) member executive to pilot the affair of the UK Diocese for the period of 2 years. The letter has the rubber stamp & signature of the Pastor which tactically indicate the authenticity of the letter. This will be the second time that M/S/E Fatusin has been alleged to have submitted letter to Celestial executive in the UK without the consent of the Pastor, the pervious letter which was dated 14th of August 2020 with code CCC/EMF/ DO/SEC/AP/10/08-20, then the letter announced an addition of 14 members to the Diocese Executive, however when the Pastor was contacted for confirmation, he (the Pastor) denied any approval of names for the Executive list; but the matter was covered within the hierarchy in the Church.
However, due to series of unfortunate situation from senior staff’s in the Pastor Office who act otherwise to enrich themselves using the Pastor authority as a step to mislead the Church. Some active members like V/S/E Bakare, Sup/ Evang Shobodu etc, who have direct connection with the Pastor placed a telephone call to the Pastor for confirmation of the news released on the twitter official handlers of UK Diocese including the lists of name’s of executive released with the Pastor signature.
Immediately, the Pastor debunk the news, saying that he knew NOTHING ABOUT THE LIST WITH M/S/E FATUSIN.
The action has generated tension among the senior staffs who are working with the Pastor, holding to the fact that the Pastor requested an urgent answer from V/S/E Adeniyi ( Head of Administration) Pastor Office. However the question member are asking-
Who used the Pastor rubber stamp on the letter?
How does the letter got to M/S/E Fatusin hand?
Who authorized M/S/E Fatusin to remove member from the UK DIOCESE list?
Does the staffs in Pastor Office has the right to stamp letters without the consent of the Pastor?
Who is with the rubber stamp of the Pastor?
Those questions will determine the peak of event in the UK Diocese while it will also proof the cleanness of the Pastor to investigate whosoever act to mislead the Pastor for their personal interest.
It will be advisable that the Pastor should set up a 3 independent member committee outside the control of the Task Force Committee (V/S/E Adojvi), the Committee must be high esteem individuals with record of integrity to investigative all the UK Diocese executive within 4 weeks while the HOD of the Diocese (M/S/E Fatusin) & V/S/E Adeniyi should be place under suspension pending the completion of the Investigation.
The Pastor has the golden opportunity to redraw the UK Diocese back to the original arrangements of his father Rev SBJ Oshoffa & Rev AA Bada. The chance to avoid any negativity like the USA Diocese is at the Pastor desk.
Furthermore, some uncover story are outside the leak of hidden agenda as activities are touching the true picture of events to the general congregation of the Church.
ENCOUNTER BETWEEN VSE BAKARE & THE PASTOR.
The leadership of M/S/E Fatusin was strongly alleged to have engage in the padding of executive of the United Kingdom Diocese. With the drop of complaints confronting the seat of the Pastor of the Church over series of allegation of ranks jumping, misappropriation of diocese fund, removal of clergies without due process, the Pastor Rev EMF Oshoffa embraced on a wide consultation to unravel the true picture of events.
The Pastor contacted V/S/E Bakare who was one of the executive of the UK Diocese, who was also a close associate to Sup Evang Olarewaju. The Pastor organized a meeting with V/S/E Bakare in attendance with all the Pastor International Representative while V/S/E Tosho Oshoffa also interpreted for the Pastor. The Pastor emotional asked V/S/E Bakare to explained all that concern the UK wahala to him putting into consideration that his discussing with a servant of God.
V/S/E Bakare highlighted the function of UK DIOCESE to the Pastor within the jurisdiction of UK Government laws, while he also advised the Pastor on step toward repositioning the Diocese back to the original purpose of establishment by the Pastor Founder. V/S/E Bakare remained the Pastor of an event when the present HOD lied against him during the Covid-19 era when he (V/S/E Bakare) worked toward the reconciliation of the Pastor & M/S/E Banjo.
Later, the Pastor promised to work on the information given to him for the betterment of the diocese & reunion of every member for the purpose of togetherness in Christ.
The Pastor has a lot of information under his shoulder on the UK Diocese, we will be patiently waiting for the Pastor to act has his father (Papa SBJ Oshoffa) always act during his lifetime.
