The completion of Phase 1 building at CCC Omo Alade Alafia Parish 4, Akure is a testament to the seriousness with which the Parish operates, ensuring that financial assistance is not imposed on the members.
Complete Phase 1, at CCC Omo Alade Alafia Parish 4, Akure, Ondo State.19th of August 2023, the commissioning of Phase 1 marked a significant milestone for the Parish in Akure. The manifestation of God’s grace allowed the Parish to complete the construction of the multi-million naira building comprising 12 flats within a few months. CCC Omo Alade Alafia Parish 4, Akure has achieved a remarkable feat, becoming the only parish in Nigeria with a real estate project valued at over 100 million. This accomplishment further highlighted by the laying of the foundation for Phase 2 on the same day as the commissioning of Phase 1.

Given the economic status of Lagos State, the Parish has implemented sound policies to ensure financial sustainability without burdening the members. The acquired a building worth 200 million, which will serve as a source of income for the Parish.
