God truly smiles upon
those who not only dream of the future but also actively work towards advancing
His kingdom here on earth. Pa SBJ Oshoffa, a visionary leader had a divine
revelation about the city of Imeko and understood the importance of the Church
investing in infrastructure projects.
One of the blessed
parish, CCC Omo Alade Alafia Parish 2, situated at No 11 Military Close, Opposite
Hope Supermarket, Nviqwe Waji, Port Harcourt River State is dedicated to
spreading the message of Christianity far and wide. And now, the parish is
gearing up for its 16th Annual Adult Harvest Thanksgiving, with the exciting
theme of “HARVEST OF DIVINE FULFILMENT”.
As part of the vision
of the Life Grand Patron of CCC Omo Alade Alafia Parishes, Elder Pius Ige
Olarewaju, there is a concerted effort to shift the narrative from negativity
to one of providing assistance to humanity and implementing capital projects to
ensure the independence and financial stability of all parishes bearing CCC Omo
Alade Alafia Parish.

These parishes have
been blessed with the foresight and ability to plan for the future, ensuring
they have the necessary resources and modernization to thrive. The four
parishes under the umbrella of CCC Omo Alade Alafia Parishes have distinguished
themselves by investing in real estate to generate income, thereby addressing
the financial challenges that many other religious organizations face in terms
of resources needed to turn their dreams into reality.
The construction of a
multi-million naira project at CCC Omo Alade Alafia Parish 2 Port Harcourt serves as a prime example of the
importance of effective administration within the parish. This project not only
promises to boost the parish’s revenue but also lays the groundwork for proper
evaluation to support the less fortunate through the funds generated.
Delta State, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa once encouraged churches to invest in
initiatives that alleviate financial burdens on their members and promote
evangelism. The project initiated by this parish is poised to redefine the
perception of Celestial Church of Christ within the state and showcase its
parishioners as individuals with a forward-thinking vision.
As the Parish
commemorates its 16th Annual Adult Harvest Thanksgiving on the 10th November
2024, the ongoing project will continue to reinforce the primary mission of the
Parish as a conduit for providing members with modern infrastructure.
