Celestial Church of Christ family, particularly the CCC Omo Alade Alafia Parishes worldwide has received with deep sorrow but total submission to the will of God the glorious transition of Elder Pius Olarewaju. Elder Pius Olarewaju, the Patron of CCC Omo Alade Alafia Parishes and Executive Chairman of Polak Group of Companies, peacefully joined the saints on Monday, 12th January 2026, in Lagos.
A devoted servant of God, Elder Pius Olarewaju was also a member of the Registered Board of Trustees of the Church, where he served with integrity, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the growth, unity, and stability of the Church. His passion for evangelism, church development, and the welfare of the body of Christ remains indelible.
Beyond the Church, he was a distinguished entrepreneur, a father to many, and a man whose generosity, humility, and godly counsel touched countless lives across generations. Though his departure leaves a great vacuum, we take comfort in the assurance of the Scriptures:
“Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord… that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.” Revelation 14:13
CCC Omo Alade Alafia Parishes, the entire Celestial Church of Christ, business associates, family, friends, and loved ones mourn this irreparable loss while celebrating a life well spent in service to God and humanity.
May the Almighty God grant his soul eternal rest and comfort the family and the Church in this moment of grief.
