On Friday, May 25, 1973, a day of dedicated service in Celestial Church of Christ; The family founder’s family received good news about a newborn girl, then the church was 26 years of existence, in fact, the church was recognized across the country. As a father, SBJ Oshofa followed strict instructions for the Church’s doctrinal practice during the 8-day circumcision of his baby girl who was born by Mama Elizabeth Oshofa (Iya Amdia) in the republic of Benin, Proto – Novo to be precise. The Holy Spirit named the child “DEBORAH OSHOFFA”.

For 50 years she followed the standard path given to her through her parents with complete confidence in understanding. Prophetess Deborah Oshoffa is one of the founding pastor’s children who understand the importance of the Church. She is sane, intelligent, friendly, and educated. Her openness to the Church proves her name, choosing to associate herself with progressives rather than reactionaries. Her preparedness for the life philosophy that his father Papa SBJ Oshofa taught her singlehandedly built the personality called DEBORAH with the implementation of his father’s teachings shows in every aspect of his life.

To share her testimony/insights about her vast experience in Christianity, a book titled “DEBORAH OSHOFFA @ 50 A Journey of Grace & Mercy” will be released on the 28th of May 2023 at the event center. It is a fact that the celebrant Journey has been present entirely with awe and compassion of Grace. The book deals with her active participation in the ministry of salvation/ teachings about society with the positive impact of her role in spreading salvation in the heavenly church.

Deborah Oshoffa has set a record of unique responsibilities to humanity with her determination to control the system of equations with active support to her father’s ministry against belligerents who reject God’s instructions in the Church. She upholds the Biblical definition of respect in her attitude towards all person’s, regardless of age, ethnicity, and religious difference.

The eagerness of every celestial member is looking forward to witnessing the golden birthday of our sister prophet Deborah Oshofa which will take place on May 28, 2023 in Lagos.
