Celestial Church of Christ International Model Parish, Ibadan is celebrating its 7th year of blessings from the Lord. The parish, located in Harmony Gold Estate along Lariken College, Ologuneru, Ibadan has chosen to honour the Lord’s kingdom through its 7th Annual Adult Harvest Thanksgiving with the theme “BLESS THE LORD OH MY SOUL,” inspired by Psalm 103:1.
Over the past 2,800 days & still counting, the parish has remained steadfast in its commitment to spreading the gospel and fulfilling the heavenly assignment given to them by God. Under the leadership of Parish Shepherd A/V/S/E Olugbenga David Tanimowo, the parish has focused on propagating the evangelization of Christ, sustaining the pure gospel, and spreading messages of deliverance, breakthrough, and positive manifestation through the blessings of the Lord.
ACTIVITIES FOR HARVEST WEEK
On the 25th August 2024: All parishioners participated in public awareness activities across the city of Ibadan, informing the general public about the purpose of God for all attendees planning to join the harvest celebration.
26th August 2024: A powerful revival will take place as part of the core values of the Parish. Prophet Adeleke Adelekun, the Shepherd of CCC Aseyori Parish, Ibadan will lead the revival, aiming to reshape destinies and restore lost glory. The message of salvation will be delivered at 5pm.
27th August 2024: It will be a day of victory as another revival will be held. A/V/S/E Dele Afuye from the Regional Arch Diocese, Yemetu, Ibadan will make prophetic declarations to bring total success to all attendees. The revival will begin at 5pm.
To conclude the Revival on 28th August 2024: V/S/E Kayode Oluwaseyi, the Shepherd of CCC Oke Ayo Cathedral, Ibadan will continue to guide attendees on the path of righteousness with blessings from God. The revival aims to transform any negativity and ensure that the blessings of the Lord are abundant throughout the three-day event.
29th August 2024: The Prophet and Prophetesses of Celestial Church of Christ will convene at the Parish to proclaim the abundant grace and blessings of the Lord. This day will be marked by the originality of prophetic declarations, descending upon all attendees. The event will commence at 9am.
30th August 2024: The theme of the harvest, “Bless the Lord, Oh my soul,” will be celebrated. The host choir will lead the praise of the Lord, accompanied by Gospel musicians and invited choirs who will resound the frequency of victory. A music competition will be held for the invited choirs, adding to the festive atmosphere. Evangelist Akinola Ayoola Micheal, also known as Alayo Melody singer & Evangelist Aduratayo Eruododo will captivate the audience with their harmonica voices. The evening will begin at 9pm.
31st August 2024: It will be a day of love among all Parishioners and invited guests. The gathering will provide an opportunity for everyone to reflect on the memories of the past 7 years and to envision the future mission and vision of the Parish, ensuring the sustainability of its core values. The day will commence at 8am.
Finally, on 1st September 2024: Celestial Church of Christ International Model Parish, Ibadan will celebrate its 7th Annual Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service. Following the service, there will be a Bazaar sale for all attendees to enjoy.
As the parish reflect on the past 7 years, there are grateful for the Lord’s guidance and blessings that have allowed them to fulfil their mission. The parish look forward to continuing to serve the Lord and spread His message of love and salvation in the years to come.
