In response to the recent unrest at Celestial Church of Christ Moore Divisional Headquarters in Ile Ife, Osun State, the Pastor has taken swift action by summoning a meeting with the Elders, Parochial Committee, and Youth of the Parish. The meeting is scheduled for 3rd December 2024, at 2pm at the Pastor’s House in Lagos.
A letter signed by the Head of Administration, VSE Adeniyi has been sent out addressing the internal crisis within the Parish. However, the issue of an unapproved shepherd claiming to be the Regional Head of Ile Ife was not mentioned in the letter. The letter, dated 2nd December 2024 may face further delays as the Parish had previously expressed concerns about the short notice given to mobilize themselves. Also, V/S/E Alfred Ebenezer Jackson who as been alleged of many accusations wasn’t invited for the meeting.
Investigations have revealed that the Pastor has not been in communication with the Shepherds in the region at the time of this report. Additionally, the Pastor’s Office has not taken action regarding the abuse of constituted authority for an individual to be parading himself as the Regional Head of Ile Ife.
