On 1st November 2024, the presence of God was strongly felt in Alberta, Canada as the world witnessed the establishment of a new Parish under the Celestial Church of Christ, Canada Diocese. It was a remarkable day, filled with divine grace bestowed upon a servant of God who has dedicated himself to spreading the message of Christ.
The Convener of Celestial Television Network, Venerable Most Senior Evangelist Olusola Ojelere who has been using his digital skills to announce the salvation of Jesus Christ and promote the core values of Celestial Church of Christ. Thanks to his efforts, a new Parish has been born in Alberta Canada through him, adding to his heavenly portfolio.

The dedication of the Parish, Celestial Church of Christ Alberta Central Parish (The Glory Tabernacle) located at Suite 120, 201-38 Avenue NE, Calgary, Alberta, Canada was a powerful manifestation of God’s covenant coming to life. The altar laying ceremony was graced by Senior Clergies from the Canada Diocese, including V/S/E Rufus Adeoba (Head of Canada Diocese) V/S/E Michael Bakare (Regional Evangelist, Western Canada) V/S/E Shina Osunmakinwa (Head of Administration, Canada Diocese) A/V/S/E Oluwafemi Emmanuel, Superior Evangelist Samuel Ajanlekoko and others who filled the day with heartfelt prayers for the continued blessings of God to guide the new shepherd and fulfil his divine calling.

V/S/E Adeoba, the Head of Canada Diocese led the procession with unwavering adherence to the Church’s doctrinal practices. In his inspiring sermon, he emphasized that God had chosen Celestial Church of Christ as the vessel of salvation, with its expansion in the Western world serving as a testament to His covenant. He urged the new shepherd to uphold his integrity and faithfully carry out the evangelism mission entrusted to him by God.

The shepherd in charge of the Parish, V/M/S/E Peter Olusola Ojelere who was ordained as Shepherd during the service by the Head of Diocese expressed gratitude to God for the opportunity to establish a sacred space for God’s children to come together and worship. He emphasized that the Parish represents a complete embodiment of God’s mandates, serving as a vessel for His people to receive teachings, receive deliverance and preach the true evangelization of Jesus Christ while upholding the fundamental principles of Celestial Church of Christ.
Furthermore, he extended his appreciation to the Head of Diocese, Shepherds, members and invited guests for their unwavering dedication and support in furthering the work of God through him.
The atmosphere was charged with excitement and anticipation as the congregation witnessed the divine presence and felt the power of God’s blessings descending upon the new Parish. The event was a true celebration of faith, unity and the unwavering commitment to spreading the message of salvation.
