The waiting is over as the much-anticipated programme organised by the United Aladura Churches officially commenced at the Celestial Church of Christ Agidingbi Cathedral, Lagos State, attracting a large gathering of worshippers and representatives of various Aladura churches in a well-attended conference.
The programme witnessed the presence of Most Superior Evangelist S.O Banjo, Assistant Most Superior Evangelist Ogunronbi, and Assistant Venerable Superior Evangelist Shodunke, who warmly welcomed representatives and members of the United Aladura Churches to CCC Agidingbi Cathedral, Lagos State. Their presence and reception formed part of the activities aimed at promoting fellowship, unity and cooperation among the participating churches.
The gathering, which brought together members of different Aladura denominations, also provided an opportunity for meaningful discussions on the Christian faith, the heritage of the Aladura movement and the importance of strengthening relationships among churches.
As part of the conference activities, Senior Leader Tunde Aluko delivering a lecture as at the time of filling this report, offering insights into the subject under discussion. The symposium provided a platform for participants to exchange ideas, broaden their understanding and engage in discussions on issues relating to the spiritual development and administration of the church.
The gathering is also connected with the forthcoming Global Conference 2027, under the theme “TILL KINGDOM COME.” The conference is expected to further strengthen the vision of unity and fellowship among Aladura churches, bringing together Christian leaders and members in pursuit of a common spiritual purpose.
