In line with the sacred doctrinal practices established by the Pastor Founder as continues to uphold the divine instruction of anointing for spiritual upliftment, consecration, and higher responsibilities in the vineyard of God.
It was indeed a glorious and spirit-filled day on the 15th of March, 2026, at CCC Goshenland Cathedral, Plot 7, Block 20, Kolapo Ishola GRA, Akobo, Ibadan, Oyo State, as members, well-wishers, and dignitaries gathered in great numbers to witness a remarkable moment in the life of the parish. The atmosphere was charged with joy, melodious singing, heartfelt adoration, and deep thanksgiving to God as Shepherd Akinpade was officially elevated to the rank of Venerable Superior Evangelist.
The elevation ceremony, conducted with reverence and strict adherence to laid-down spiritual guidelines, was carried out by VSE Emmanuel Adewale, Shepherd of CCC Apete Cathedral, Ibadan. His presence added great spiritual significance to the occasion, as he performed the sacred rites of anointment and impartation in accordance with the doctrinal practice of the Church.
The congregation erupted in songs of praise and worship, acknowledging the grace of God upon the life of the newly elevated VSE Akinpade. The event was not only a celebration of spiritual promotion but also a testament to years of dedication, service, humility, and unwavering commitment to the work of God within the Celestial fold.
The spiritual elevation marks a new chapter of greater responsibility, deeper spiritual assignment, and higher expectations in leadership within the Church. As scriptures affirm, “Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings…” (Proverbs 22:29), a reflection of the journey and faithfulness that has brought VSE Akinpade to this moment.
The day will remain memorable in the history of CCC Goshenland Cathedral, as members continue to rejoice and pray for divine strength, wisdom, and greater anointing upon their Shepherd in his new spiritual office.
