The Chairman of the Shepherds & Church Workers Council of the USA Diocese, Venerable Superior Evangelist Yomi Dodo Williams has described the forthcoming 2026 USA Diocese Convention as a divine gathering designed to fulfil God’s purpose for the Church and its members. Speaking ahead of the highly anticipated convention scheduled to take place at 5 Star Crown Plaza Hotel, Rhode Island, New England, USA between 30th April to 3rd May 2026, VSE Yomi Dodo Williams emphasized that the convention is not merely an biennial meeting, but a sacred spiritual assembly where believers will experience renewal, unity, and divine direction.
According to him, the convention will bring together shepherds, church workers, leaders, and faithful members of Celestial Church of Christ from across the United States and beyond, all united with one purpose, to seek the face of God and strengthen the mission of the Church.
“The Convention is a gathering ordained by God. It is a moment for reflection, spiritual revival, and a time when we align ourselves with God’s divine purpose for His Church,” VSE Yomi Dodo Williams stated.
He further noted that the convention will serve as a platform for spiritual empowerment, leadership engagement, and renewed commitment to evangelism, which remains the core mandate of the Church. VSE Yomi Dodo Williams urged members of the Church to prepare spiritually and participate wholeheartedly in the convention activities, stressing that such gatherings have historically played significant roles in strengthening the spiritual foundation and unity of Celestial Church of Christ worldwide.
“When we gather in God’s name with sincere hearts, heaven always responds. This convention will be another remarkable moment for the USA Diocese as we seek God’s direction for the future,” he added.
The 2026 USA Diocese Biennial Convention, which will be held from April 30th to May 3rd, 2026 is expected to feature powerful worship sessions, prophetic ministrations, leadership discussions, and strategic engagements aimed at advancing the vision of the Church. He believe that the gathering will not only deepen the spiritual life of members but also strengthen the collective commitment to the growth and global impact of Celestial Church of Christ.
