Rev. Pastor Emmanuel Mobiyina Friday Oshoffa, has publicly shown support for the gubernatorial ambition of Samuel Mawuyon Ajose, further strengthening the growing momentum behind the Lagos State political movement.
This development became evident during the public declaration of interest by Samuel Mawuyon Ajose, which took place on 11th March 2026, at the Police College Ground, Lagos State where elders of the Church were present in solidarity.
Among notable Church leaders who attended the event were Most Superior Evangelist Ajao, Most Superior Evangelist Olarinde & others, whose presence signaled the strong goodwill and encouragement.Observers at the event described the gathering as a significant moment of unity between faith and civic responsibility, as members of the Church and political stakeholders gathered to witness Samuel Mawuyon Ajose formally declare his intention to contest for the Lagos State governorship.
It is also noteworthy that Rev. Pastor EMF Oshoffa shares a long-standing connection with the Ajose family. The Pastor had earlier appointed the father of Samuel Ajose, the late Most Superior Evangelist Abraham Ajose, as an International Representative of the Church, recognizing his dedication and service to the global mission of the Church.
Many supporters at the event described Samuel Ajose’s ambition as a continuation of a legacy of service, noting that his father, the late MSE Abraham Ajose, was widely respected for his commitment to the Church and humanity.
