In every Diocese operating under the structured organography of Celestial Church of Christ, administrative balance and spiritual oversight remain fundamental pillars for growth and sustainability. It is within this structured framework that the Shepherd of Celestial Church of Christ Great Oshoffa Parish, located at 6850 W. Addison Street, Chicago, IL 60634, has been officially appointed as the State Supervisor for Illinois and Indiana by the USA National Diocese under the leadership of VSE Olaitan Balogun.
Speaking on the development, AVSE Benjamin Oshoffa explained that his acceptance of the responsibility was not driven by ambition, but by divine conviction; “When I received the information about the appointment, I prayed about it and sought God’s direction. It was after receiving clarity in the place of prayer that I accepted the responsibility.” AVSE Benjamin Oshoffa explained.
According to him, the focus is not the title, but the task. He emphasized that the core objective remains the expansion of evangelism across the States of Illinois and Indiana. His vision is centered on strengthening parish structures, promoting unity among shepherds and workers, and ensuring that the message of salvation continues to spread effectively. AVSE Benjamin Oshoffa further acknowledged the confidence reposed in him by the USA National Diocese, expressing heartfelt appreciation for the trust placed in his leadership capacity.
He also extended sincere gratitude to his parishioners at CCC Great Oshoffa Parish, Chicago, whose consistent support, prayers, and dedication to the ministry have contributed immensely to the progress of the work of God.
For him, the appointment is a call to greater service, a reaffirmation of his commitment to make himself available for God’s work at all times. As the supervisory mandate begins, the expectation is clear: consolidation, evangelistic expansion, and strengthened unity across Illinois and Indiana.
