A major administrative decision has emerged from the Office of the Pastor, officially confirming the removal of the United Kingdom Diocese Head of Diocese (HOD) on 26th December 2025.
According to confirmations from authoritative church sources, the decision brings clarity to an issue that has generated concern and debate within the Church, particularly regarding the tenure of the UK Diocese leadership.
It is reliably established that the tenure of the UK Diocese HOD constitutionally expired in February 2025. However, in a surprising development at the time, the Office of the Pastor issued a press statement extending the tenure to December 2025, a move that attracted mixed reactions among clergy and laity, with many raising questions about constitutional compliance and administrative propriety.
The eventual removal of the HOD on 26th December 2025 is therefore seen by observers as a corrective and harmonizing action, aimed at resolving the leadership uncertainty that had lingered for several months within the UK Diocese. Church insiders note that the decision aligns with ongoing efforts by the Pastor to restore order, ensure adherence to established tenure guidelines, and promote reconciliation across dioceses, especially in regions experiencing internal tension.
Members of the UK Diocese have been urged to remain calm, prayerful, and cooperative as further administrative steps reportedly including the appointment of a Management are expected to stabilize the Diocese and reposition it for unity, accountability, and spiritual growth.
Mandate of the Management Committee
The newly appointed committee is charged with:
Facilitating reconciliation among aggrieved members and factions
Restoring administrative discipline and spiritual unity
Reviewing grievances and leadership challenges objectively
Preparing the Diocese for a stable and inclusive future leadership structure
As developments unfold, the Church leadership reiterates its commitment to constitutional order, peace, and the spiritual wellbeing of all members, emphasizing that every decision taken is guided by the interest of the Church and the preservation of its divine mandate.
