The 2024 Music Convention in the USA, organized by the National Diocese, is currently underway with a lot of participation at the helm. Following a successful opening, Day 2 is set to begin on Saturday, May 25th, 2024, where the Director of Music Worldwide, Superior Evangelist Rotimi Olaosebikan, will be presenting a paper titled “ CCC Choirs responsibilities: The nexus between the choir and the congregation. The focus of the music convention is to evaluate Celestial Music with aims of resolving the aged music crisis in the Church.
The organizers are grateful for the high turnout of participants who have gathered to discuss the evolution of Celestial music and find solutions to the music crisis facing the Church. They have promised to intensify the remaining two days with presentations focused on the evolution of Church music.
As the activities continue today, Superior Evangelist Rotimi Olaosebikan will also be representing the Region A delegates, further strengthening the philosophy of the true definition of Gospel music at the convention.
