In the spirit of celebrating women like Martha, Esther, Abigail, Deborah, and Anna, Mother Celestial Folake Akintan who have upheld the doctrinal practices of the Church with grace and humor, stands out for her unwavering commitment to her late husband’s heavenly responsibilities.
The award ceremony took place at Celestial Church of Christ King of Glory Cathedral, Uroho Community, Benin City, Edo State. The Parish was filled with joy and gratitude as they celebrated their harvest of Ephphatha on 15th December 2024.
Mother Celestial Akintan graciously accepted the prestigious award, recognizing it as a clear indication to further amplify the divine mission that God has specifically entrusted to her. She emphasized that the evangelistic work assigned to her will continue to be a top priority, as it is crucial to effectively deliver God’s messages.
Mother Celestial Akintan expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Prophet Joseph Efajemue, the Shepherd of the Parish, for the honour bestowed upon her. She also extended sincere thanks to V/S/E Adeoye who is the Regional Head & V/S/E Obinyan for their unwavering support to both the Akintan family and the Parishes that have been established through her late husband’s ministry.
