What an incredible milestone for a man who has dedicated over 50 years to serving God in the Celestial Church of Christ. Born in Efon Village, near Ilugun, Abeokuta/Ibadan, Baba Ijo’s life story is truly remarkable.
Despite being the ninth child of his mother, Baba Ijo was the only one to stay and fulfil God’s mandates. Born through a Reverend who sadly passed away just three months later after his birth, Baba Ijo has always felt the presence of God guiding him on the right path.
As the Baba Ijo of CCC Ibara Cathedral, Abeokuta, he has tirelessly worked to spread the message of Jesus Christ both within the church and beyond. His dedication to God’s work is evident in all that he does, and his legacy will surely live on for years to come.
Today, we celebrate Assistant Venerable Superior Evangelist Joseph Oluranti Ogunremi as he turns 81 years old. Congratulations to a man who has truly made a difference in the world and continues to inspire us all with his faith and devotion. Happy birthday, Baba Ijo! Sir.
