A recent incident has brought to light allegations of forgery against VSE Olajide, the secretary of the Shepherd council. The accusations stem from an incident where VSE Olajide allegedly presented a fake letter in the name of the Pastor.
Sup Evang Babajide Runsewe spoke out about the issue in a video that circulated on social media. He expressed concern over the unprofessional behavior of VSE Olajide and called attention to the alleged forgery. According to Sup Evang Runsewe, the incident occurred on the 31st December 2023, when VSE Olajide purportedly used a fake letter to install his personal assistant, Sup Evang Adenariwo over him in his parish.
Supervisor Evangelist Babajide Runsewe elaborated on his visit to VSE Olajide on the 1st January 2024 during which he requested his transfer letter to another parish. Unfortunately, VSE Olajide was unable to provide the requested document. Supervisor Evangelist Runsewe stated that the Pastor was made aware of the situation and promptly instructed VSE Olajide to rescind the decision to transfer a shepherd without proper authorization.
VSE Olajide serves as the shepherd of Abraham Ajose Parish in Badagry, Lagos. Supervisor Evangelist Runsewe has accused VSE Olajide of forging a letter, an allegation which the Pastor has vehemently denied any knowledge of.
As of now, the Church authorities have not issued a statement refuting Supervisor Evangelist Runsewe’s claims. He has also implicated specific staff members in the Pastor’s office in relation to the alleged forgery.
The seriousness of these allegations has raised questions about the integrity of VSE Olajide and the Shepherd council. It is imperative that a thorough investigation be conducted to determine the truth behind these claims and ensure accountability and justice.
