On the 30th of May 2024 at CCC International Headquarters in Ketu, Lagos, a sense of joy filled the atmosphere as the welfare committee publicly announced the recognition of seven clergies. These clergies were each awarded cash gifts as a token of appreciation for their dedication and stewardship to the Church over the years.
The Committee’s Public Relations Officer; Senior Evangelist Oludare Abolurin highlighted the Pastor’s significant contribution in establishing a platform for all shepherds to access healthcare benefits. He also confirmed a personal donation of 2 million Naira by the Pastor as subsidy for the first 1000 Clergies to support and motivate them for their Health insurance Scheme enrollment. This is in fulfillment of his pledge to give a subsidy of #2,000 to every Clergy who enrolls for the scheme.
The seven clergies who had served ”he church diligently were granted varying amounts of financial support, ranging from #200,000 to #500,000 to address their immediate personal needs. This gesture aimed to recognize and support their commitment to the church and its mission.

The P.R.O further intensified that this serves as a clear demonstration of the committee’s commitment to fulfilling its mandate of promoting the well-being of shepherds within the CCC worldwide. While he extends the committee’s sincere appreciation to all shepherds that have diligently adhered to the Pastoral Order. He urges those who have not yet complied to do so promptly. He prayed that the Almighty God, the protector of Papa Oshoffa’s Church, continue to guide and support us.
