The recent surge in unrest has resurfaced within the Parish after the Pastor ordered the return of M/S/E Olarinde who had successfully fostered a harmonious atmosphere for 14 weeks. The decision to change shepherd has further exacerbated the situation, as M/S/E Olarinde had managed to resolve several ongoing court cases among the worshippers.
It Is evident that the Parish has become completely divided into three factions, each vying for full control over its governance. It was confirmed that on the 5th of November 2023 M/S/E Olarinde introduced A/V/S/E Ogun as the new shepherd, as directed by the Pastor. However, the Parishioners feel that it was too hasty to install a new Shepherd amidst a multitude of unresolved issues.
A/V/S/E Ogun couldn’t control the worshippers who publicly demand that he return back to his parish at CCC New York USA, while the service went without anyone allowed to climb the pulpit for sermon. The view of some members exposed the hidden agenda of M/C Ebun Enahoro who has never been a member of the Parish nor hold any executive position in the parish causing unbalanced forces to hijack & determine the future of the Parish. The views also had it that MC Ebun Enahoro has been radiating on the support of some cabals within the Pastor Office to launch her attack on the Parish
It was interest to know that similar situation occurred at CCC Hatron Street Parish London some years ago, where the registered BOT recommended that the Pastor sent M/S/E Nunayon to oversee CCC Hatron Street Parish London for a period of 12 months; while he restored the unity of the Parish to the original position.
In order to address the current state of disarray and restore tranquility within the Parish, it is imperative that a comprehensive and thoughtful approach be taken. The authority must engage in open dialogue with all factions, allowing a thorough understanding of their concerns and grievances.
Furthermore, it is crucial for the Pastor to choose who to lead them at this time & the authority should prioritize transparency and effective communication. Regular updates and clear explanations regarding decisions making from the Pastor office to the Parish will help alleviate tensions and foster trust among the Parishioners.
Please revise the date to Sunday 12/11/23. Also, please add the fact that the parish choir prohibited Ogun from mounting the pulpit by singing CCC Hymns to bring down the wall of Jericho that seemingly persists by wicked elders inside and outside of the Parish. The choir continued to sing spiritual hymns until Ogun was given the directive to sit down and the service moved on to collections. May God’s will be done in His church and May the hands of the evil ones be destroyed. IJMN
