1. To preach the gospel and develop leaders that can move Christianity forward.
2. Ensure that the Diocese is run without prejudice /favouritism and working effectively within the UKl lawsand charity commission rules.
3. Set out a clear direction for the diocese and the process of governance understandable to all.
A. All appointments to any position will come with detailed portfolios, clarificating duties and responsibilities, which will include the term of office.
4. Restore credibility to the anointment process and eliminate favouritism.
5. To ensure that the process of governance is robust , resilient, and futuristic.
6. Bring back credibility into the accounting system and publish quarterly financial statements. Putting an end to financial mismanagement.
7. All remittance to the domiciliary account must be included in the quarterly statement. This must be supported by receipts of payment.
8. Diocese decision making process will be by collective agreement by the executive Council followed by the members of the body.
9. Investing in properties and other viable projects that will boost the account of the Diocese. we will not only rely on the income from Billington and contributions from pastoral returns.
10. Follow projects to the end, avoiding short-term approaches. Any project that will be financed must go through stringent tests .
11. Restoring trust in our leaders, factually presenting and relaying information to and from Nigeria.
12. Decisions in the United Kingdom Diocese will be made in the United Kingdom, with the authority of the pastor as the spiritual head of the church.
13. When matters are referred to Nigeria, three members of the executive governing council will be nnominatedat the executive Council meeting represented by 2/3 of the members to deliver the decision of the Diocese to the Pastor.
We have to defend the principle of trust and oneness. This Diocese belong to everyone
